How Does it Work?
Oxiem offers several options for how you may handle your incoming calls
- All calls routed to another number. This can be a number for a customer service rep (with extension if needed), a cell phone number, or any other number you wish to forwad the call to.
- All calls routed to an Interactive Voice Menu (IVR). This means that when the call reaches your toll-free number, they receive the standard "Press 1 for sales, Press 2 for support" type menu system. This is of course totally configurable by you. You can record the messages yourself, or we can have a professional record the options based on a script.
- All calls routed to voicemail. You can check the voicemail from any telephone and optionally have all voicemail routed to your email as an MP3 attachment as well.
